This book helped to be confident in making decisions as well as becoming focused throughout the day. You’ll learn the first phase is to clear your mind by seeing your thoughts. You also learned how to master your emotions while staying calm when everything gets crazy around you I really like the next chapter which focused on setting real boundaries and acting with purpose in order to move forward

Wow, this audiobook really hit home for me. I've been feeling so scattered and just… tired of my brain acting all crazy, you know? Like, one minute I'm fine, and the next I'm worried over something silly. I've tried other things, but nothing sticks.
But this book? It feels different. The narration is clear and easy to listen to, which is super important for me. The narrator's tone is calm and honest, helping me feel like someone really understands how I was feeling. I'm actually excited to try the steps in this audiobook; it makes me hopeful!

This is a fantastic audiobook, loaded with tips and tricks to regain your focus and clarity. I particularly liked the narrator who happens to be the same as the author. Great voice and tone which really kept the book interesting from start to finish. Some very clear steps and guidance are going to help me on a daily basis!
