Would highly recommend! After just one listen, your hunger drops and the more you listen, the less hungry you feel. Wish this could be in stereo though, so that you could hear the different voices, the way they are meant to be heard!

literally tried everything to get the pdf to download but wasn't available and since it literally says in the beginning that you need to download the pdf and read it first it was completely pointless

I don't know how to get the book that goes with the Audio. Was very short. only time will tell. Great hypnotic voice. I will listen again though.

I've just started and thought I'd listen to it on a long walk for most benefit but he insists I must read the accompanying booklet first. This opens with the app and is on a light grey font on white background. After taking a screenshot so I could zoom in on the text and realising I'd have to repeat this multiple times, I thought better of it and I'll listen to something I can actually listen to instead.

I may come back to it later when I have time to faff about with the screenshots or whatever but this seems a big flaw in the book and with the Audible App. The PDF viewer is rubbish.

The actual thing is quite good but not sure how effective yet. Certainly was relaxing.

I seem to be missing out on alot of the programme. I'm not sure how often to use the recording s or when to use them, for how long etc. From reading other users reviews online , there seems to be more information and advice with the McKenna programme in the book. I won't recommend this purchase on Audible.
