It's very well structured, starting with explaining the menopausal process, why and how it happens and the reasons behind the common symptoms like hot flushes. After that, it explains and suggests ways to deal with these symptomps, including hot flushes, sweats, headaches, lack of desire. There's even a surprising link with Osteoporosis!
I found some really great tips on achieving more hormonal balance and symptom-reducing methods.
Overall an amazing, well-rounded guide! Lots of my questions have been answered.
