I've read a number of books on the topic of the Vagus nerve, but I've never seen someone lay it out in a way that is so easy to follow and get results with. I think the idea of a 28 day plan was really helpful for me, and I appreciated how the author walks you through all of the recommended exercises in such a way that is easy to follow and implement.
