Helped Me Find Focus and Calm

Very relaxing!!

Meditation is not easy for me as I cannot stay focus, yet, I was able to better focus when listening to this meditations compared to others.
The narrator's voice is key! His tone is so calming that helped me to relax. The meditations are clear and I like that they are divided into different areas such as focus, clarity and well-being.
