• Fit, Free & Finally Done With the Lies #42
    May 5 2025
This episode is the heart-to-heart I wish someone had given me years ago. I’m opening up about the biggest lies I believed about fat loss, health, and what it takes to “get results” — and what actually worked instead. From chasing skinny over strong, to obsessing over the scale, to thinking carbs and rest were the enemy… I bought into it all. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything “right” and still feel stuck, this is your sign that it’s not your fault — you were just taught the wrong things. This one’s for my younger self… and maybe for you too.

  • Win the Battle in Your Head #41
    Apr 27 2025
in this episode, I’m getting honest about the real struggle so many of us face — the internal battle in our minds. It’s not always about excuses. Sometimes, it’s the quiet moments of doubt, the feeling that no matter how hard you try, you’re still getting nowhere. I’m sharing my personal experiences, from struggling with weight loss to tough runs where my mind almost convinced me to quit. This conversation is about recognizing when you’re getting in your own way and how to shift your mindset so you can keep moving forward, even when it feels hard. We can’t always control the circumstances, but we can choose who wins the battle: us, or the old patterns trying to pull us back.

    Apr 26 2025

In today’s episode, I’m sharing how I broke free from the “treat yourself” trap, the weekend wipeout cycle, and constant Monday restarts.

I’ll talk about the psychology behind why we reward stress with food, why weekend sabotage happens (even when we have the best intentions), and how I finally changed my patterns — without cutting out chocolate, pizza, or fun.

If you’ve ever felt stuck between being “good” all week and feeling like you blew it by Sunday, this episode will hit home for you. ❤️

  • Change Your Environment, Change Your Life #39
    Apr 14 2025

In this personal episode, I share why I’m running a 50km ultramarathon this July in memory of a dear friend I lost to suicide. I introduce the incredible suicide prevention charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) and the powerful work they do to save lives — work that I’m proud to support through this race and fundraising effort.

I also debrief my recent Berlin Half Marathon, breaking the race down in 5km blocks, sharing my splits, mindset shifts, and the moments that made it unforgettable.

But the heart of this episode is about something bigger than running:

    Your environment.

Whether you’re chasing a running goal, trying to lose fat, or just trying to show up more fully in life — who and what you surround yourself with will decide how far you go. I dive deep into the impact of your environment on consistency, belief, mental health, and success — with real-world examples and reflection prompts to help you audit your own circle and start shifting it today.

If you’ve been affected by suicide or mental health struggles — please know you’re not alone.

  • Why Consistency is Your Secret Weapon #38
    Apr 1 2025

In this episode, I dive deep into the real reason so many people struggle to see results in fat loss, muscle gain, and even everyday habits: consistency. I share my own personal struggles with staying consistent—especially when it comes to work and business—and how having a coach has helped me stay on track.

I explore why consistency is the secret ingredient to success and how we often sabotage ourselves by relying on motivation instead of creating sustainable habits. I also tackle the misconceptions about hiring a coach for accountability, explaining why it’s actually one of the most powerful tools in achieving long-term goals.

You’ll hear actionable tips on how to become more consistent, including how to simplify your goals, make them a priority, and avoid the all-or-nothing mindset that often leads to burnout. I also discuss how success, like the seasons, has its ups and downs, and why that’s perfectly okay.

Tune in for a dose of tough love, practical strategies, and real talk about how to make consistency work for you.

  • All or Nothing Eating #37
    Mar 17 2025
In this episode, I dive into the All or Nothing eating mindset—what it is, how it affects your relationship with food (and life!), and why I spent years thinking I was an emotional eater when I wasn’t. If you’ve ever felt like you’re either perfectly “on track” or completely off the rails, this one’s for you. I’ll share my personal experiences, why this mindset is so common, and—most importantly—how to break free from it. Because the only sustainable way forward? Finding the middle ground.

  • Generational Weight & Food Noise with my Mam #36
    Mar 10 2025
In this episode, I sit down with my mum to talk about how food, weight, and movement have changed across generations. We discuss growing up in Ireland in the 70s and 80s, when food was simple and homegrown, compared to today’s world of constant food noise and overconsumption. My mum shares her experience with weight loss, how she lost 3 stone by sticking to the same meals and ‘just getting on with it,’ and why food wasn’t such a struggle in her time. We also dive into our shared experience with Celiac disease, the stigma around gluten intolerance, and the lack of support then versus now. This conversation opened my eyes to how much has changed—and how sometimes, keeping it simple is the key.
