Helped tremendously with STRESS!

I never really associated Overthinking with Anxiety, but it perfectly makes sense. The stress management tools outlined in this book are highly effective and easily done. Developing a thought process of recognizing your thoughts, evaluating them, and facing them head-on, then reframing them is a skill that builds upon itself. The more you pay attention and act on the thoughts and situations that cause you stress, the more likely you are to gain mental clarity around these experiences, resulting in a new self-trust and peaceful life. Highly recommend.

Control Overthinking

This book provides guidance in order to develop cognitive habits in order to help you calm your mind. It provides specific techniques for you to use in order to get there. Some of the techniques are SMART goals, specific questionnaire, and avoid, alter, adapt, and accept technique. I enjoyed the quotes offered throughout the book that bring clarity to this concept.
