Helpful Structure for ADHD Challenges
This audiobook gave me a clear and supportive structure to deal with decision-making and focus issues I often face with ADHD. The 6-week format is motivating, and I liked the real-life examples. Some parts felt repetitive, but overall it's a helpful guide if you’re looking to get more organized mentally.
