This series has been a massive change from what I normally listen to. I’ve found it so immersive and loved listening for hours to the fantastic story lines and characters. This took me 2 days to listen to and it just leave you feeling a little disappointed. I’ve seen the next one is short too. If this is the new format then I’ll reluctantly be calling time on my journey with Howie and Dave

love this series, it's so well written and funny. the characters are great and the dialogue is always great. always happy to see the next instalment.

my only complaint is about the length of the book, please go back to making them longer and stop with the money grabbing. Dividing its up into smaller segments. is beneath you. absolutely my favourite author.

wow, that was an absolute roller coaster! I felt like I needed reggies battle swatter listening to this installment! I was literally on the edge of my seat slapping my legs! I've cried, laughed and been angry listening to this!

The only negative that I have is that it took a while to get on audible. Absolutely didn’t disappoint, rolling on to part 23 but need to slow down as I don’t want to wait for part 24. Writer and narrator smashed it out the bag, thanks for what I can only describe as the zombie series that no other can touch and believe me, I really tried to fill the time between books but it never hits the same.

Finally back in the action with Howie and the newly formed Tesco Regiment. Waited so long for this. Although I came into the series quite late. So haven’t waited as long as some!! But my god it’s good to be back into it. Action. Less comedy this time. But they’ll get back into it!

Sure, it's a lot shorter than the rest but the quality of the narration, story and characters is as wonderful as ever. . I just want more because this is some of the greatest story telling on Audible.

Waited a long time for this, trying to avoid spoilers online etc has been tough as the books came first. This is much shorter than previous audio books which is a shame but I understand it’s to tie in with the new season format.
Can’t wait for the next instalment. Can’t come soon enough!

loved the series but the injection of the authors own political bias is becoming tiresome. Typical wing narrative painting a one sided picture of the immigration crisis. Quite manipulative considering his target demographic being young adults.

This book felt like a filler, as if the RR Haywood had to introduce a plot point, and the rest of the book was written just to get to that specific plot point, so a little bit pointless. the plot point that it was all elluding to could have been missed out and it wouldn't have really changed the story. the last chapter was probably the only part that moves the story forward. hence why I'd say this is a filler book. if this book was part of larger book (like it was before with 15-20 hours) then I'd find it acceptable but feels like a cash grab.
