Better Posture Habits

This book was much needed at my house, as we’ve all been dealing with back and neck pain. It makes total sense that poor posture and our daily habits are the main culprits. The book covers the causes of poor posture, from technology overuse to simple everyday habits that we don’t think twice about. I have been concerned about my kids heavy backpacks for years. Great advice and tips. The posture assessment test was super helpful for identifying specific imbalances and weak spots. The exercises are easy to follow, and designed to support your spine and improve movement without causing strain. It's a combination of stretching, strengthening, and mobility work to help your posture. We have been doing the exercises together as a family, and it is already making a difference.

learning and adapting new habits

When the pandemic came in 2020, I was stuck living at home. I am blessed to speak both English and Spanish. As I was listening to this audiobook, I was learning to improve my health in ways I never thought before. Back pain is something that bothers us, and I wish there were a way to stop it fast. The tips to identify your specific imbalances to strengthen your mobility to work are a way we can apply a poster issue. We all need exercise to change, so we don’t need to adapt or feel concerned about our bodies. I like the posture assessment test, it's helpful for my needs.

Great book

I have had poor posture all my life and now I am getting older definitely notice more aches and pains. The book explains the many causes of poor posture and I was definitely surprised at some of them! It takes you through a posture assessment test. The exercises given are easy to follow and incorporate into daily life to help improve your posture, flexibility and avoid injury! Great advice and well written

For your pain in the neck

I spend most of my day at a desk and started noticing my posture getting worse and my back hurting more. I thought it was mostly my seat. Correct your posture and round shoulders

We don’t realize how our postures not only affect our health, such as in “text neck”, but also makes a presence as to how we come across to others, just by how we hold ourselves. Social media definitely has had this impact on us and this audible explains why, and provides great guidance on how to correct it.
