Improving health

Sometimes I wake up with back pain or in a way that doesn’t feel well. My purpose in checking this audiobook is to learn how to stop these symptoms and get healing from it. I really like the real-life example that the author shared from her story. When we feel frustrated, we sometimes feel that we are lost or no hope of improvement, but I can tell you that this audiobook does improve stress and other challenges. The better help and well being is a journey that I admire to. My energy does feel depleted because my body handles stress so different that renewing energy is hard. As long as I follow the advice from this audiobook, I will overcome weakness.
