So, I decided to see what was out there that would let me start to rebuild my balance and strength. Luckily, I found this one.
The illustrations were very easy to understand and helped me get started in the best way I could. I have been using the exercises for five days now and I can already notice my strength is coming back pretty quickly. We live near a beach, and I have not walked on sand for over 19 months. I am heading to the beach soon!
If you need a gentle path back to strength, health, and balance, this is the book for you.
