short, easy to learn and concise.

this is the best one,as a refresher or a quick review before practicing. I have done nvc before, and I didn't want to read a book that's too fluffy and long. this is perfect for getting everything back and it uses simple everday language. not text book like and scripty which makes you sound robotic and awkward like the other ones I read.easy to absorb and execute. thank you!!
