Didn’t think this would help as much as it did, once you realise the trap it’s hard to fall for it, it took me years or trying to quit my own way but Allen car only took 6 hours to wash all my fears and worries away and make me a happy non smoker, if you reading this your half way there give it a go and hopefully you’ll be the next happy non smoker 👌
