Same old themes in your head can be changed? That is news I can use. Reasons for mood disorders were comforting. Will continue to research the lead information on vagal nerve tone in relation to trauma. How much trauma affects the nervous system was emphasized and got my attention. "Heavy fog" remedies are appreciated. The great detail into the mind and body relationship made for much better understanding of how trauma has long term effects. Great tools for changing those old themes in my head.
