The QR code gives access to the videos, and they are pretty tough - for context, I’m a Pilates teacher and think of myself as pretty fit yet I found this challenging so I had to adapt (cheat!) initially but very soon could do the full versions of the exercises. 2 weeks in and I’m feeling so strong, I’m sleeping like a log and can see and feel changes already.

I have been in peri menopause for about 4 years and have read much research information over that time. This book has clarified many questions for me and provided reasoned explanations for the way this life stage makes us feel - thank you

This entire book could have been condensed to about 3 chapters.
The accompanying PDF is poorly illustrated. For someone who is new to weight bearing exercises, the illustrations are inadequate and in danger of causing injury.
Overall, very disappointed!
