About this listen
The uplifting and thoughtful novel from the uniquely talented author. Everyone has a story to tell…
Journalist Kitty Logan’s career has been destroyed by scandal, and she now faces losing the woman who guided her and taught her everything she knew. At her mentor’s bedside, Kitty asks her – what is the one story she always wanted to write?
The answer lies in a file buried in Constance’s office: a list of one hundred names. There is no synopsis, no explanation, nothing else to explain what the story is or who these people are. The list is simply a mystery.
But before Kitty can talk to her friend, it is too late.
With everything to prove, Kitty is assigned the most important task of her life – to write the story her mentor never had the opportunity to. Kitty has to not only track down and meet the people on the list, but find out what connects them. And, in the process of hearing ordinary people’s stories, she uncovers Constance’s – and starts to understand her own…

Would you consider the audio edition of One Hundred Names to be better than the print version?
I'm not sure if one would be better than the other, the story would be equally enjoyable either way. What was one of the most memorable moments of One Hundred Names?
Being able to imagine everybody travelling together on the bus and see them all together socialising was a lovely moment, I almost felt as proud as Kitty. Oh and Archie's unforgettable confession.Which character – as performed by Amy Creighton – was your favourite?
My favourite character would have to have been Birdie. She may have been old but she wasn't weak or giving up on life!If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Keeping Connected.Any additional comments?
One Hundred Names is a story of human struggles, picking out our strengths and weaknesses, but filled with hope and laughter. It isn't another typical light read and it's not chick-lit. The story keeps you wondering all the way through, wondering what the conclusion will be. Often ending's are disappointing, but this one made me happy. One to keep you guessing
