I’m obsessed over Oleander, so when the audio dropped I had to endure the pain all over again. I wasn’t sure if I could go through the hurt so soon, but let me tell you something, going through this a second time round has made me love it even more. Being back with Jude and Cas has been so emotional. knowing what was to come in places gave me preemptive tears, then a flood when I got to that part. George is the perfect choice for this audio, he brought Jude and this read to life, I have also loved the flashback voice! This has been something I’ve not experienced in an audio before and it was awesome. The audio has only cemented how this will be one of my all time favourites and one I will always come back to.

I read this book this summer for the first time. It stayed with me for months. I never re-read books usually but this one is even better as a re-read and especially when narrated in the way it. was. George is the perfect Jude. The emotion he brings across. That broken Jude voice. It was heart breaking all over again. I loved everything about it!

I was invested in the protagonists story and desperately hoping for him to find happiness. Credit due to the narrator as his reading and use of various accents really brought the story to life.

Truly the most incredible story ever. I could never put it into words how much I loved this story. I read it in July and I feel in love with Scarlett’s writing and her world she created.
The reading experience is amazing I couldn’t fault it but the audio is just wow. The narrator George did something to do. He made me feel more than I did reading it which is impressive. He smashed it. I hope I get to hear his voice again on one of Scarlett’s books. This book is everything. Truly loved it and it will be a book I go back to reread or listen to again and again years to come.

I can't tell you how much I love this book. The story follows Jude and Caspien from mid teens into adulthood, from the Channel Islands, to Oxford and to London. Its a tale of an all consuming love and what a person will go through to protect the one they love. The narration is just superb, and Scarletts writing pure poetry. All in all perfection!

I feel like an emotional wreck right after finishing it! From start to finish it was superb- characters, setting description, relationships, the story evolving and unfolding. I want love from someone like Jude! Excellent narration of a book that has burrowed itself into my heart!

The narration was excellent as I exlected from the teaser realeased earlier. I purchased it so fast!!!
The story was slow burn,coming of age,with MCs spending long time apart but it gave the best angst and feels, and I'm still relistening to my fave parts! Loved it!
