An amazing start to a journey into mindfulness for me, and a book that a plan to return to many times whenever in need of a little guidance. I'd recommend this to anyone suffering from pain, mental, physical or both. Well written, in a way other self help books aren't, this one really doesn't make you feel to blame. Gives you knowledge and techniques, and guides you in how to apply them.INCREDIBLE
