You hear about the menopause as you go through your 30’s onwards and everyone has an opinion, a joke or a wise crack. But when it hits you in your late 40’s onwards and you start to forget the most simple of things, you can become quite concerned.
These types of audiobooks are a relief, we are now talking about all those rubbish things that we as women are going through on a daily basis.

I particularly liked the excerpts from other women talking about their experiences. A few times I was listening and I shouted ‘Yes’!

Such a relief to know I am not losing the plot and yes it’s ok to put my car keys in the fridge occasionally!

Well worth a listen if you are going down the long road of the menopause. I honestly found comfort.

Great to know that you aren't alone.

Book has helped me prior to doctors appointment.
Feel that many of the ladies quoted lead a very different life to my own so not overly relatable.
