Great tips

I have suffered from ibs all my adult life so always looking for new ways to manage it. The book explains gut problems in an easy to understand way and gives some great holistic strategies to help heal and nourish the gut. It covers diet and nutrition plus lots of other things you can try. Great book

Wealth of info

A great book that covers quite a bit of ground. It defines the various disorders, how gut health can impact your life (good and bad) and ways to improve it. I appreciated the inclusion of anti-inflammatory foods and role of supplements. This audiobook provides very good information without being too technical and burdensome!

Finally help for my GI stuff

I have had IBS for over 30 years and am so tired of it. I wanted a non-medical way to help, as most of the medications really are horrible. This audiobook is exactly what I was looking for. The insider guide to your gut

I had never heard of conditions such as SIBO and GERD before. It was useful to understand the biology of the body and how food and nutrition can have such a great effect on your health. The audiobook explained the difference between wet, dry and, intermittent fasting. It is certainly a useful resource for anybody wanting to improve their gut health.
