Listening to this was a brilliant insight into an emotional issue that has affected people close to me. Toxic relationship patterns affect so many of us and can stem from childhood traumas. What struck me most was the amount of optimism and positivity there was with the belief that healing is possible. The 300 plus exercises are so varied and all serve their own purposes.

Understanding Childhood Trauma, Recognising Attachment Patterns, Emotional Regulation and Triggers and Cultivating Trust and Intimacy are all chapters that were incredibly powerful to hear. There are also multiple chapters on transforming different types of attachments. This is a really well thought-out and narrated audiobook that I encourage anyone who might be suffering with these on-going issues to give it a try.
