I adore this authors series, really need to be listened to in order as the protagonists evolve. Each book has an interesting storyline, that goes at a cracking pace. Do yourself the favour of allowing the time to hear each book without interruption, give yourself the pleasure. We all deserve to to have a little time luxury.

The second spinoff from the Night Huntress series, is again, another winner from Jeaneine Frost. Now overtaking Twilight as my favourite vampire Fantasy author Frost is an addictive writer, once I start one of her books I am hard pushed to stop listening until the end.I have now listened to all of the Night Huntress books and this was my favourite, I had fallen for Mencheres from the first time his character was introduced and so a whole book with him as the hero was a real treat.

Mencheres is Bones?s Grandsire, a sort of father figure and a superpowered master vampire who refers to him self as ?older than dirt?. Kira is a straight talking private investigator, with a pure heart and strong sense of morality. One night on her way home from work Kiras stumbles on Mencheres being beaten by ghouls which starts and adventure that changes her life forever.

I loved both Mencheres and Kiras characters, their chemistry is tantalising and Frost teases you with it until you are practically screaming at the characters to finally get together! If you love Vampire stories but wish there was something a little more 'grown up' than Twilight then look no further! However don't start with this book, get the first novel and work your way through the whole series. You won't regret it.

This was a really good addition to the Night Huntress world and I enjoyed listening to it. The narration was fabulous and Jeaniene frost and Tavia Gilbert make a great team. I find that I like Menkaures more since listening to his story. It was good to see some of my favourite characters making an appearance too

Jeaniene Frost keeps me coming back for more. Her books always keep me enthralled and reaching for the ne t as soon as I'm done.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes it was but not possible as I cannot listen continually for such a length of time but if it were in book form you could say I couldn't put it down.

Eternal Kiss of Darkness is an action and lustful story. Fits in well with the rest of the series. I will be watching for any new books in the series. I have no doubt I will listen to this again.

really enjoyed this addition to the night huntress universe. This one being Menkaries story. I really like his character so it's good to learn more about him and I like the way Kyra is drawn into his world, different to how Cat and Leyla found themselves in it, there was no choosing for Kyra and I thought that made for a more realistic twist.
