Skills that make everything better
I have worked with a lot of small businesses, where you are seeing everyone from the company owners to the ground floor laborers on a daily basis. I'm sure the principles in this book would be very useful for large businesses as well, but for small groups like the ones 've been a part of, they are invaluable. I brought several of these strategies to my boss to talk about them and my boss loved it. We all immiediately began discussing how we can implement this book into the way our business functions. Recommend for any team that has to work together for things to do be done efficiently.

Helps you stop walking on eggshells with employees
As a small business owner, I realized that managing people was more than just giving them tasks to do. In addition, with the new generation offended by... well... everything, it becomes very complicated to give them instructions to follow.
