I'm always looking for new Fantasy/Lit RPG books and listened/read many that are on here. After a lot of searching for a good read I found this series which had me hooked. a great series and good performance on the audio. the fact that the first 4 books are free on plus catalogue is even better. Great stuff

A good LitRpg series.

I want to start by saying I hate the MC. No really - he sucks as a person.
Another thing is that the world building in this book was done well and the story is built really well.
Book 1 was an eye roll book 2 was mildly irritating but I was hooked on the story by book 3 . I thought the series was ending in book 4 but the story ended on a cliffhanger of note… guess who just got books 5-8 to keep the story going?

So I love the execution of the story even if there is so much in the air

Great stuff. Keeps things fresh throughout, even if it doesn't consistently deliver on all the arcs it starts. Still, this is a lot of book for a single credit, with plenty of laugh-out-loud moments and return on investment. Would strongly recommend

Pretty solid for a free book. Would recommend. Just... not quite enough for me to use my credit for the rest. maybe if I'm rich in the future

Almost good enough to buy the rest

The story doesn't make much sense, or economic wise it does not add up as to why the game is mandatory to the public and also regarding citizenship and the classes for not citizens... What's the point of being a miner in a vr world... makes no sense... Book 3 got over complicated... I loved the fact that the first martian company was mentioned tieing in the other book level up meaning they are in the same universe, but makes things even more complicated as to why aliens would use human technology for their tests... that makes no sense... and the whole timeline of 2077 is a joke... at least give it a more believable 2400s after a 3rd world war... damn made myself lower my own rating with my review.

Ok so this series is actually 12 books long (so far)... without a Finish Ever in sight?!! Well done Amazon for luring us in.. so its a decent story that's just begging to be completed... ok box set1 (books 1-4).... but then another credit for the next box set (book 5-8) then 4 more singles... so that's a whopping 6 credits, or £48 for a series of books that has NO finish...

Here is a list of books in order for this series... with NO sign of it EVER finishing... this is written in May 2024. Has the author has had enough??!

He manages to smash out 3 books in 202, then a huge 4 in 2021 then only 2 in 22, then it all stops... this cash cow is a waste of time and Money!!

Message to Amazon and the author... DONT start something you cant/wont Fnish.
