About this listen
Randidly Ghosthound felt lost and alone even before the System transformed the Earth. Before every person had to deal with the sudden presence of levels, skills, monsters, and the very real possibility of death....
Due to unusual circumstances, Randidly starts in an isolated dungeon far beyond his level, forced to rely on the mysterious Traveler Shal in order to learn and survive with the dangerous new status quo for his world.
But survive he does, only to leave the dungeon and discover that while he experienced several hellish months in the dungeon, only half a day passed on Earth. Randidly's capabilities are now more than enough to help build a small enclave of survivors, but that doesn't mean balancing his sense of responsibility against the plots of an unfriendly town will be easy.
And although he doesn’t know it, he needs to prepare. Because the System has sent down a tribulation, which waits in the shadows and monitors his every move....

The main character's self doubts seem very forced.
The story is interesting enough if you like OP main characters, but he is frustrating at times, especially when he has the kind of doubt that seems forced and illogical, especially for someone focused on intelligence and wisdom. One theme in his thinking is that he feels like a burden, while at the same time, he is the highest contributor to the survival of his people both in combat and out of it, so it is hard for me to understand what makes him think that besides the author making it so.

Randidly
Why in the hell does ever sentence have to have his gosh damn name “Randidly, or Ghousthound” in it? I get it he is the only character present, who else is going to be doing these actions apart from him? Stop using his name every 2 seconds, apart from that interest story so far.

Superb!!!
I absolutely loved it! The writing is fantastic!!! Very immersive experience!
The narrator does a brilliant job in regards to everything! Bonus points for the monster screeching (it happens rarely but manage to jump-scare me a few times)
Superb!

it's good but...
I loved the story and angle on development, the main protagonist is well written with the flaws explainable by severe social anxiety and possible PTSD.

Better then expected
the story is flowing and have a sense of logic to it, and as such captivate the listener, but there are some problems, some of the characters are 1 dimensional and doesn't give us what we would like but all in all it's a great book, i would say this is my opinion, and some people my not like this book.

20+ hours well spent
This is a great litrpg. similar to Primal Hunter. If u like He Who Fights with Monsters you should enjoy this one too.
The narration was excellent for the most part. A few unpleasant grunts and squeals were a bit uneccesary. if you want to make those sort of noises in my ear, you need to at least buy me a drink 😁
The stat repetition was a bit heavy for a bit, but it dropped off later on thankfully. Will be looking out for book 2.

Good LitRPG stuff
Plenty of action. Good growth. What’s not to like. Certainly not the inclusion of a young female hopelessly in love. Oh. Wait..

Narrator is insanely good
I was taken off guard by the first boss screech but it was very accurate to how I imagined it. Good job
