Surprised ..... I really enjoyed it
Filled in a lot of gaps which enhanced the story.
I will watch the film again with my new knowledge.

Superb narration
I’d seen the movie, so I knew what to expect. But the narration added a whole other layer ftp this story for me. The psychic link between Ripley and the Aliens added texture and depth to the experience of the story and was expertly narrated.
I therefore enjoyed this Alien story more than I had expected to and would recommend it for any lover of the Alien series.

Better than the film.
Yet another Alien novel that is better than the film its based off. Goes a long way to filling in the confusing holes left by Alien Resurrection.

Adds good filler to the movie.
The movie sucked except for the fact it has the most on screen action with the xenomorphs out of all the movies. This book helps makes sense of a really poor movie. I’d actually listen to this again, before I’d watch the movie.
And the fact the narrator was in Aliens is a real nice touch. I’d recommend this.

Stunning yet chilling narration
Great SiFi story with interesting character mix.. Actually better than the film. But it was the narrator that made it so much more enjoyable. His chilling voice for Ripley and the aliens, especially their thoughts, made it for me. 10/10 for the narration... if not more.

Recommend
I have been enjoying all the books in this series of novelisations of the films. This book (Alien Resurrection) I enjoyed much more than the film. It's the first time that we get to "hear" the thoughts of the aliens and their communication with each other and the queen. It gave a great insight into the aliens way of thinking which I enjoyed.
The narration was great and did not annoy me in any way.

Better than the movie.
I was never a fan of the movie but the audio book was bearable. It’s by no means Alien or Aliens but if you are looking for some alien action and you’ve not read this then give it a go.
