A good predator story with a good perspective from both sides. For me the story is better than the film the followed.

Hunted and Hunted

the narration was solid and the story was too, so a solid 4 stars all round. There are some gruesome deaths by the predator that may very well make you wince.

Story is average, reading is not great. a lot of characters are very slow talkers making them sound stupid. it picks up and gets a bit better. The predator is a bit of a T100 and seems to absorb bullets like a sponge. all in all it was an OK gap filler. sorry for the harsh review but the reader could have been better.

A fair attempt which got better as it progressed.

Fantastic book in my opinion, and having the perspective of the Predator makes it so different to any of the films. Well read and I always prefer a single narrator, if I wanted multiple different people narrating, I'd listen to the Archers....

Really enjoyed the story especially from predator view, discovering new information and interactions between different antagonists

dare I say that this prequel although obviously produced along the same lines as the film would have made a much better film awesome listen.

awesome

While some of the fight sequences could be engaging at times, the word damned has been totally ruined for me. I had no idea it could be used in so many ways. Whatever the story had to offer was substantially brought down by this, the reading however was brilliant, and suited the theme of the story. I wouldn’t recommend the writer, but enjoyed the narration.

Drink every time you hear “damned”

Good narrative and story that keeps you engaged. Some graphic descriptions of the deaths.
Maybe a little confusing when the narrator switches from the humans narrative to the predator narrative, although you get used to it after a while.

Good listen. Looking forward to the series
