I am sorry that it is not in the boxes anymore, but I am rubbish with computers,
it goes "Meditation Number > Meditation Title >Chapter no. >Running Time" across each line.
I hope this might help anyone else who is struggling. it is a handy book, really, once one can 'dip into' it now and then. I would recommend it for beginners, especially.
