「妄想は罪である」とは仏教の教えであります。
妄想というのは、人間の欲、怒り、嫉妬、憎しみなどから生まれ、肉体的にも変化をもたらし大変危険なものとされています。
長老のスマナサーラさんは
「生きるということは、死ぬ瞬間までを生きる。だから生きているのがつらいというのは初めから当たり前だ」
と言っています。
つまり、苦労をせずに生きている人などこの世に存在しないということになります。
