The High Stakes of Dealing In Steak

  • Summary

  • ON THE PROGRAM, THIS WEEK:

The show returns after a two week break. In the opening segment, I'll explain what led to the break, and what I needed to do to figure out some things about the world, and about myself.

Next, we'll get deep about the state of discourse in our society, and how Twitter/X and its many derivatives have not only damages discourse, but affected the way we behave as a culture. It most certainly is NOT an improvement.

Also, I'll pay respects to three public figures we lost last week, and how what I discussed in the second segment led to an absolutely classless display by users in addressing the death of the youngest of the three.

Finally, our Gem of the Gem City this week is a change of pace from the usual, as I'll tell you about why I love the Dayton Metro Library, and all the work they've done in modernizing the library experience.

It's a heavy show with a lot of substance this week, but know that I'm gratreful that you're here for it.

    Come feed your ears.
