  • When IVF doesn’t work out... with Anna Hart
    Apr 20 2025

When it comes to IVF - the narrative can often be to keep going and going, and going until you have a baby.

Sometimes, however, the more sensible decision is to stop - and that is what was right for Anna Hart and her husband.

Anna is content creator, interiors planner and digital strategist. After starting her IVF journey during lockdown, and after three unsuccessful rounds - they made the decision to stop.

This is a side of the IVF conversation we don’t often hear about - Anna tells us about what she went through and how she has found happiness after coming out the other side of IVF without a baby.

    Apr 13 2025

If you want to postiviely reframe the narrative of weight gain - this is the episode for you!

Today, we’re speaking to the personal trainer, intuitive movement coach, content creator and podcaster Tally Rye.

Tally shares her powerful journey of healing her relationship with her body image, food, and exercise. She opens up about moving away from the relentless pursuit of thinness and embracing a more compassionate, balanced approach to health and self-worth.

We dive into the positives of weight gain, how it’s impacted Tally’s life for the better, and how she navigates conversations with people who don’t quite see it the same way.

This conversation was recorded back in October 2024 as part of our body image series - so if you haven’t listened to that yet, head back and explore more insights from Tally and other incredible guests diving deep into all things body image.

the best company on a long drive

I love Em and Alex and Daisy! I have a very long commute once a week and this makes me actually look forward to it and then I listen over again on the way back. So funny, insightful and poignant. I never feel lonely while listening. Whether it's Alex picking up a poop that looked like an acorn or Em debating when magnets and plastic were "invented" there's nothing quite like this. Listened since day 1 and my life is better for it. Thank you!

Love love love this!

Literally has me laughing out loud to myself while out walking the dog or nap trapped under a sleepy baby. Such a variety of content and so easy to relate to! Everyone needs to listen!

Like having a coffee with your funniest friends

Em and Alex are so wonderful. They manage to cover difficult topics with humour and warmth. The only podcast that I religiously listen to twice a week!
