    This is the first part of my relaxing Hypnotic Mindfulness Series. You will enjoy this first step into the bliss of hypnosis and relaxation, but you will also take the first step into Mindfulness, you will reconnect with the miracle of your breath. Please prepare yourself by finding a place where you will be able to sit up or even lie down and fully relax your body. Choose a quiet time when nobody will interrupt you. You eyes will close, and you will be in a pleasant light hypnotic trance, if somebody wakes you up you will be OK, just like waking up from the nap, but we do not like that much when our pleasant nap is interrupted... Most of people who listen to this record enjoy the bliss of hypnotic relaxation. Yet it is so simple; you do not need to do anything. You may find my accent or modulation funny, but it will be more than my voice which will guide you when you are in hypnosis. And all that you will need to do is to listen and follow simple instructions.
