The hypnotic mindfulness process is rapid and more enjoyable; it may take you just a few days to become much more peaceful and mindful. The hypnotic mindfulness you will be practising with me goes farther than that. You will be learning how to use your quiet mind to realize and use your own power, the power of your own being, and to make things work NOW, instead of hoping that they may work in the future. Let us call it mindfulness in action. Mindfulness in action is intention driven. Hypnosis is intention driven. The first step of any action is to be very aware of what we want, to be very specific of every aspect and outcome of your intention. The second and final step is to be aware of your power, to trust your own being and do it. Make your intention happen. Yet all that you will need to do is to enjoy the process and stay with my voice.
