    It's remarkable when you consider that transaction count is down 30-70% in many markets across the United States.

    John explores all the ways the industry has changed since 2008-2012 when agent count bottomed out at under 1.0 million licensed real estate agents. More importantly, he covers why those changes are leading to agent counting staying high.
