Meet Dr. Sandra
Dr. Sandra is a mother, wife, certified life coach, and family medicine physician who has been practicing for over a decade. Through supporting her patients and experiencing her challenges before and after becoming a mother, she recognized a gap in the way medicine and society view the experience of women and mothers—one in which chronic stress and overwhelm are often considered “normal” and dismissed. Driven by a deep understanding that many women are silently struggling and drowning in overwhelm, Dr. Sandra launched her private coaching practice committed to helping women break free from the grips of chronic stress and empowering them to attain what she calls, "time wealth" —the freedom to take back control of their time and energy so they can be fully present for what matters most in their lives.
