• How A Team Agent Set 30 Listing Appointments In 30 Days
    Dec 20 2024

Do you want to know how she did it?

First, stop putting self limiting beliefs on yourself.

Have you ever heard of the 4-minute mile?

For years, everyone believed the 4-minute mile was impossible. Scientists, athletes, and coaches all said the human body just wasn’t capable. Then one day, Roger Bannister came along and broke it.

And you know what happened next?

Before long others started breaking the 4-minute mile too. The barrier wasn’t physical!!! It was all mental.

He proved it could be done, and that belief opened the floodgates. That gave others a BORROWED BELIEF that maybe they could do it too.

As leaders, we have the responsibility to break those mental barriers for our teams. That’s exactly what I did when I set out to book 30 listing appointments in 30 days. I didn’t do it to prove something for myself. I did it to show my team what was possible. To create a new standard. To give them a BORROWED BELIEF

Here is the crazy thing… It worked. One of our agents, Jenette, watched me do it and saw it was possible, and now she accomplished it too.

30 Listing Appointments in 30 days!

Now think about what that means for the rest of the team. They’ve seen me do it. They’ve seen her do it. That borrowed belief is powerful.

It shows them that the impossible isn’t impossible. It’s just unexplored territory waiting for someone brave enough to break through the mental barrier.

So here’s my challenge. If I could do it, and she could do it—why not you? Why not now?

In this episode, we’re diving into the power of breaking mental barriers, building belief through action, and setting a new standard for success.

We’re also sharing how the right mindset, time management, and discipline can completely transform your business.

Jenette breaks down her entire process so you can do it too!

  • What Actually Drives Success In Real Estate
    Nov 1 2024

I had the privilege of sitting down with Brian Charlesworth, the founder of Sisu, on his GRIT podcast. In this episode, we’re not just talking about strategies… we’re breaking down the proven processes that drive success in real estate.

I shared the journey of scaling my team from a small group of 8-10 agents in 2018 to a team of 27 that’s leading the Mid Missouri market right now.

We covered it all like the importance of tracking key metrics like the appointment set-to-close ratio (which showed us we were missing $3 million in GCI!) and how Sisu revolutionized the way we approach performance.

We talked about what it takes to build a culture of accountability and focus on quality over quantity – where each agent is empowered to convert leads, not just collect them.

And I opened up about why I believe simplifying our processes and tracking the right numbers is critical in this industry. It’s about getting rid of the noise and focusing on what moves the needle for agents and clients alike.

If you’re serious about building a team that can weather any market and achieve real growth, tune in.

This episode is packed with the insights and strategies we’ve used to dominate our market and stay on top year after year.
