I love this book and will listen to it many more times. I am going to be forty two this year and can not bare to here my own self limiting beliefs anymore.
The former book how to be a badass got me through a difficult time four months ago and this book just gives that extra push to get on With things and , avoid the big snooze. I now have the confidence and a plan that in three months I will hand my notice in as I am starting my own business. This book provides really good advice . I didn't want this to end. it was like my own personal, motivational guru in my ear. I loved the little tasks at the end of each chapter are like homework and enforcement of the text. it wasn't overly excitable but at the right pace of enthusiasm. I had some giggles too. thankyou

Jen is witty, funny. Down to earth. Rich but relatable. Never made it till her 40s and boy did she make it.
She explains the sacrifices she thought she’d have to make and the actual reality.
Doesn’t dust over the work or commitment needed. Helps us understand our limitations , why we have them and how to get past them.
Not to listen to nay sayers.
Makes failing sound like a sport you want to partake in at the olympics. Is real, honest, nothin. Is sugar coated.
Very basic and simple to understand.
Even if it doesn’t get through to you enough it’s a wonderfully empowering , quite funny and motivating listen.
It’s super realistic- you aren’t expected to pull a million bucks from the sky and deals constantly with over coming ‘lack’
Opinions and views of others when you dare to step outside the box and why they matter so little.
My biggest take away from this book is your value. Stop undercharging . Stop giving friends and family stuff for free or discounted if you want them to take the service you provide seriously. Don’t be afraid to put a price your worth on anything you do and there’s no such thing as a saturated market when you believe in yourself, your knowledge, your passion and path enough. You are worth every penny and probably WAY MORE than you’d ever dare to ask for. That’s not because of other ppl. That’s ur opinion on yourself. And if you carry that opinion and the embarrassment and shame attached to charging your worth you will never be a badass at making money. There’s no shame in making money and charging your worth. Anyone who values you will respect that and anyone who doesn’t well bye bye
