Always dubious of compilations of short stories however this did not disappoint. Loved the variety of factions included and the performances were brilliant as ever.

Great variety

what really comes out is the excellent narration with many voice actors, a music soundtrack, good editing. Short stories for all tastes, I skipped some, loved others. This is was a very satisfying title!

The best W40k performance. Radio theater.

I have recently started getting into death guard painting and lore. This was a very nice start to everything.
Would definitely recommend this to someone who enjoys death guards and short stories.

A good collection of stories unfortunately slightly ruined for me because of the incessant sound effects that have been overlayed on this, seems more like a radio soap opera than an audiobook.

not great, not terrible

it was hard to follow. felt like it didnt know if it was a soap opera or a book. lots of sound effects and bouncing around. that said I can't fault the efforts that went in to the production.

was not for me

Great book and worth it for the ork stories alone. This was my first exposure to ork stories and they were great!

The Aeldari stories were also top! Taking the tales from such a different approach.

Great book and worth it for the ork stories alone

I don’t normally leave reviews but I was so blown away by this audiobook I felt I had no choice. This gives you an in depth look at some of the fallen hero’s of the great crusade and what happened to these figure later on.

Absolutely amazing
