I listened to this late at night just out of curiosity with the intention of putting it to proper use at a later date.

The next day I went from being a 20 a day smoker down to two without even trying.

The two I did smoke were in the pub and were just habitual with another smoker. I didnt finish either. There was no craving.

It probably works even better if you set up a date to quit but I was very shocked at the initial results.
