This book stir up up a lot of feeling and realisations where these feelings come from and what to do with them. I made a lot of notes and drawings as suggested in this book. I will līstes again.
Author in this book very well explains good and bad moods and what to do with both. I Loved it , it helped me heal. This is active terapy work without going to terapist.
