Be the best parent to your wonderful child

I like way this author explains ADHD. I feel like I have a clearer understanding of my child’s behavior, which has made it so much easier to respond with empathy instead of frustration.

One of my favorite parts was the focus on social skills and confidence. My child has struggled to make friends, and the strategies outlined for building self-esteem and handling social challenges have been so helpful. And it's easy to start practicing some of the ideas, like role-playing social situations.

What I appreciated most is that the book doesn’t just focus on the child—it acknowledges the importance of parental well-being. The stress management tips and self-care strategies were a reminder that taking care of myself helps me be a better parent.
