Awesome and so relatable
Some books capture your attention from the very first chapter, and Toni Tone’s ‘Take Note’ is one of them. From the moment I started listening, I simply couldn’t stop. This coming-of-age book is a must-read (or listen) for anyone, from 12 year-olds to those well into their 40s and beyond.
Toni Tone has a unique way of writing that is both deeply relatable and insightful. She seamlessly blends real-life experiences with references to psychological and behavioural studies, making you realise that the lessons you’re learning are ones that many others are navigating too. Her storytelling is authentic and engaging, making complex emotions and life experiences feel easier to understand and reflect on.
What makes this book truly stand out is its relevance to modern day life. Whether it’s relationships, self-discovery, or personal growth, Toni Tone offers a guide that feels like a warm, wise friend sharing advice. Quick, well researched and full of anecdotes
A lovely book from the author, I’ve been following her for years and this book is very helpful in the advice she imparts. It’s well researched and easily digestible. I’ve written notes but can quickly come back to listen again.
