My 2 year son loves all the Julia Donaldson books and theses audio books really do them justice. He loves the music, performance and the interactive games at the end and now even shouts out answers which I thought were probably more for older kids. But he loves them and really gets involved. I’ve listened to this story at bedtime, in the car, playing in the house and at meals. Well over 100 times with him and must say it’s worth it if your child loves the book like mine does.

We love Julia Donaldson in our house and have many many books. For a change I tried a audio book. Superworm is a funny story and really nicely read by Imelda Staunton, which makes up for missing out on the drawings. The story itself is only about 10 minutes, the rest of the time is made up by a song, a quiz and a karoake version of the song. My son (4,5) did enjoy it though and has listened quite a lot of times. He usually asks me to turn it of after the song now though. Quiz was fun the first time.

A wonderfully fun story that translated to audio well. We love reading the book. It's great that there are added features, the Superworm song is often requested on its own.
