Such a refreshing, no-nonsense approach to skincare without the usual industry BS! Whether you're completely clueless to skincare OR just want to know more, this is a fantastic audiobook and resource to learn from. Especially drawing on Caroline's extensive knowledge and experience of the skincare industry. Tip - make sure to listen all the way to the end credits, golden!

There was honestly not a lot of new information here for me cos of my experience with skin care except maybe the importance of Retinol but my days Caroline is hilarious. the anger at brands scare mongering and lying about organic... etc. its a great book. I'll listen again.

I’m a longterm fan of Caroline’s blog and YouTube channel, so I opted for the Audiobook to hear her charismatic-self reading it.

I couldn’t stop listening and even after all of the blog posts and videos I’ve watched from her, I still found myself learning even more! The only negative is that I’m now knee-deep into an expensive skincare shop...

As someone with severe acne and oily skin I can safely say that I am OBSESSED with skincare. so I thought I would give this book a listen. I have now listened the whole way through TWICE and will undoubtedly listen multiple more times in the future! This is now my Bible when it comes to all things skincare! Caroline has a plethora of knowledge that she shares in this audio book and I have taken so many tips from listening. I have raved to anyone and everyone that they need this book in their lives. Also, if you are listening to the audio book, definitely stick around for the outtakes at the end. Hilarious!

A lot of useful tips and informative,,,, but it is really shouty. I like to listen to audio books before bed but couldn't with this one as Ms Caroline can be quite shouty when explaining things. Apart from the shouty-ness it was a great guide for skin care tips.

I enjoyed this, highly informative and funny. Caroline knows her stuff! I felt a bit like I was being told off by an angry person though 😂.

However, ironically this book didn’t do much to improve my skin. I followed the advice to layer products, double cleanse, glycolic toner, serum, oil, moisturiser, SPF, all in very thin layers before applying make up. Within 2 days my skin was an angry red burning itchy mess and a month later it’s still not back to normal. It’s never happened before so not exactly the outcome I was hoping for when I bought this book!
