OMG I finished this book in a single day and when I tell you I was hooked from the very first minute all the way to the end, I mean every single word. Fist of all, the narration was out of this world, Thomas Locklear was spectacular they could not have picked a better person to narrate this story. As for the plot, at first, I was a bit apprehensive that the book would have too many sex scenes and as a result the plot would suffer, but Piper Stone balanced the book perfectly in my opinion, yes while there were a lot of sex scenes the book also had a very interesting plot that kept me wanting to listen and not put the book down. The only thing that I could fault in this book is that I would have preferred for it to have a longer ending, because the end felt a little bit rushed. Having said that the book was amazing and I would totally recommend this book, as this was a great addition to my library of books.

With a mega alpha hero, Jack, and a feisty heroine with step daddy issues, Roughneck is a story full of secrets, encounters of the very naughty kind and equally tender moments. Thomas Locklear does a great, growly bear of a man and is pretty good at adapting to female voices! A hot under the collar listen..be aware if in public! 🤣😍

I loved this audiobook! Everything about it was fabulous. It's brilliantly-written with storyline and characters that captured my attention from the very start through the end. The narration is great; Thomas Locklear did an outstanding job with the characters, bringing them to life. Loved listening to the audiobook, the story was well written and the characters are intriguing. I would like to start with WOW WOW WOW. I thoroughly enjoyed this book it got to you from the start, luckily I was listening to the audiobook I didn't have to put a book down. The voice for Jack really suited the character with dominance and control. This story carried a lot of emotions, fight or flight, hot and steamy, lust and passion, anger, pain, fear, protection, hard headed, kindness and softness I could go through a lot more but best of all the need and pleasure of love or will that get ripped away from Summer like everything else did even her own mother. Tissues please.
The narrator was clearly spoken and perfect for the audiobook.

This book surprised me right from the first chapter. Filthy! That’s the only way I can describe it. Dark, dominating and extremely dirty - Jack was alpha to the extreme. Great narration by Thomas Locklear.

I had a feeling this was going to start off with a sexual encounter...I was right. I went in blind so I wasnt really sure what I was in for, I just liked the narrator. Definitely not my cup of tea. I’m no pride but I like sex with the story not a back story to the sex.
