Comical, descriptive and exciting. It has everything a book needs. Shows a lot about the Victorian era without sounding teachy at all.

The performance is great but the ending of the story seems rushed which ruins the book for me. If there was a sequel I think it would improve the overall plot.

Rose Rivers is an amazing book, and Eilids Beaton is an amazing reader, so it makes an amazing thing to do. I love this book so much and all the voices that suit the characters personallitys are brilliant. There is nothing I’d like to change because I absolutely adore this sensational book 😍😀😃
