I selected this book for my relative who is going through some hard times. I wanted to be sure it would be appropriate for her and it certainly is. The narration is done very well, where it repeats the affirmations multiple times to allow the listener to follow along and repeat everything. I would recommend this book to women of color and other women as well, as these affirmations easily can be for both.

The negative things we tell ourselves can be damaging overtime. History and lived experiences has the potential to desensitize many of us. So many of us have trapped generational trauma with us that we may not even recognize is there.

It is important to nurture and embrace ourselves in every way. That is why this book spoke to me. This book is for any Black woman who have reached to that point where she wants to see herself as the Queen that she is and actually believe it. It's okay to put yourself first and that is what this book teaches. I recommend this book!

This book is really a piece of art. I faced many occasions where I lost my self-confidence. I am very happy that the author started this beautiful book with self-love. Self-love is what makes us gradually achieve every goal. Self-love gives confidence and self-confidence gives rise to hope to do something. This book contains instructions on how to move forward in life and how to deal with things that hinder life like anxiety, overthinking, etc.
It covers topics ranging from self-love to life healing, spiritual goals, and many more that I enjoyed listening to. The author has done her job well, and I appreciate her very much. Also, the sweet voice of the narrator helped me enjoy this book even more.

This book will make you envision it and then voice it - which puts it out into the universe. If you repeat it, over and over, then it will eventually manifest. This book is full of empowering affirmations that are bound to help you make changes for the positive. I believe if one reads just a small bit every night before bed, then puts the book under their pillow to sleep on it - by morning they should be able to rule the universe. This is a very powerful book for empowering one's identity. I can see where this will help in so many different ways. A perfect read for excellent and positive reinforcement!
