I'm so glad I got the audio version of this book. It made for fascinating listening during my commute and the choice of narrator was perfect. I was astonished by the huge amount of potential uses for AI that were covered. I can't help but wonder at what else AI will affect that we haven't even thought of yet. I also really appreciated that the book is broken down into many small chapters. It made it easy for me to go back to topics I wanted to listen to over again. There was so much information to absorb that I will definitely be listening more than once.

Kris Ball has written an incredible book here. Kris provides a complete understanding of the power AI has in the world today and takes the reader into the world of AI, including some of the darker points of AI. Kris also explains how AI is going to have a broad reach in the future to many industries, such as firefighting, gambling, education, and more. The narration was very good and kept me engaged.

I really like this book's realistic and level-headed approach to AI. I think a lot of the time people are afraid of what they don't know. But if they knew more about it, it wouldn't be so scary. This book does a good just of just that. It is realistic and accepts that because of AI, some jobs are going to go away. We shouldn't ignore that. But it also talks about the good things that can come along with acceptance of AI.

I've been listening to other AI books but this one took an approach that I was not expecting. This author gives us so many instances of the way AI is going to change its current state. The book went way behind the usual discussions of artificial intelligence. The author talks about even how AI can change how fires and floods are handled which is something that never crossed my mind. This book has made me realize the untapped potential of AI in helping to safeguard our environment and will help us to respond to natural disasters more effectively.

For anyone who wants to go beyond the other AI books and see what our future could really be, this is an awesome book. Kudos to the author for putting this type of book together.
