A must read for ALL women!

I think it would be a good idea for all women not just women going through the menopause to have access to this “handbook”
It really needs to be read by women from an early age so that they have the tools to be able to cope with what lies ahead for some.
Whilst I believe I have been very fortunate and have not been too greatly affected by a lot of the subject contents of this book I definitely have been able to identify with certain chapters!
The information given is practical and very easy to understand and more importantly makes women realise they are not alone about how they may feel at certain times in their lives x
